A delicious low-carb breakfast or brunch option. It's dairy free and gluten free! Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray quiche or pie dish with avocado oil. ⠀ Chop the cooked sausage and bacon. Set aside. ⠀ Whisk eggs and coconut cream in medium bowl until well blended. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. ⠀ Heat oil in pan. Add garlic and brown for a minute or two. ⠀ Add onion and sauté. Then add spinach and sauté together. ⠀ Combine the meat into sauté for just a few minutes, mixing together. ⠀ Pour sauté mix into quiche or pie dish. ⠀ Add egg mixture. ⠀ Bake at 375 for 25 minutes. ⠀ Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing. ⠀Dairy Free Crustless Quiche
